Bottling it Up

Bottling it Up - taking action for the 1.3 million children whose parents misuse alcohol

Today, one in eleven children live with parents who misuse alcohol. Across the country 1.3 million children are affected. 'Bottling it Up' is a campaign to raise awareness of a destructive situation which remains hidden in society.

As part of 'Bottling it Up' we are calling on the Government to launch a national inquiry to examine the impact of parental alcohol misuse, to develop new services for children and parents and to start rebuilding these families' lives.

Thank you for visiting this website. Please take some time to support our campaign - follow the email link to contact your MP or use the feedback page to tell us your own story of parental alcohol misuse.

In 2006 these children must no longer be ignored. About Turning Point
